Are you looking for an easy way to improve the efficiency and quality of your cycling training? Do you want to make the best use of your valuable time on the bike? Than this app is for you!

[CYCLOG] is the cycling training logbook for your iPhone, iPod touch and iPad!

[CYCLOG] allows you to efficiently plan, log and analyse your cycling training. Set-up a plan for each of your seasonal highlights or races. Ride your unit and log it directly on your iOS device capturing all the relevant data. Check your training progress using the means for analysis provided with the App.
Follow these three simple steps:

[1. PLAN] your individual cycling training programme:
- Start and end date of the programme (multiple programmes per season featured to allow a dedicated preparation for each race)
- Volume of the programme (duration & distance objectives)
- Planned gradient of the programmes volume (linear, S-curve, week-end training only)

[2. LOG] your training units capturing all relevant data and impressions - you can now choose between manual entry or live capture via GPS:

- Name of the unit (or course of the training ride)
- Volume (duration & distance)
- Date
- Intensity (measured in RPE)
- Type of the training unit
- Bike you rode
- Description of the unit (how you felt, weather and road conditions, ...)

[3. ANALYSE] your progress to keep you focused on your objectives. For that, you have quantitative and qualitative performance indicators at your disposal:

- Compare the volume of the training units already performed with the planned gradient over time (quantitative approach for duration & distance)
- Review your portfolio using a combination of duration and intensity (qualitative approach)

As [CYCLOG] is the training logbook App on your iOS device it allows you to always have it at hand when sharing and discussing your progress with your trainer, team and friends.
